Sacral release with balls

This is a series you can do with one or two tennis balls, pinky balls or lacrosse balls. Tennis balls are softer and are recommended to begin with.

Our goal with this is to create space between the sacral and illiac bones. We will be getting the fascia and deep muscles of the glutes including the deep glute rotators and the medial glutes.

Take your time and explore the areas. You can pause and breathe 5-10 seconds when you find a tender spot, or you can create some small movements.
