Foam rolling the TFL

The TFL (Tensor Fascia Latae) is a muscle on the front of the hip that helps internally rotate the femur. It is also one that can contribute to the pull of an anterior tipped pelvis- so sometimes it needs to be calmed down.

This is a generally "easy-ish" process to release with the foam roller.

Meaning it's not as horrible as foam rolling other areas- USUALLY!
