Hip Hinge with Staggered Legs

The split stance hip hinge takes it up a little more in difficulty to isolate one deep glute rotator at a time. As you hinge forward, it is the glute of the FRONT leg that you are feeling stretch in. We then add a few layers of activation. First the hamstring of the forward leg and then the quad of the back leg. This helps level out the pelvis rotation and really cause more stretch between the hamstring and glute in the forward leg.
