90/90 On the wall

I love this exercise to help you locate the proximal or higher hamstring muscles. Lying on your back with the legs up helps take pressure off your lumbar spine and you can feel how relieving that is if you are a anterior tipper. Finding the proximal hamstrings is key for the pelvis to be pulled back under.. We need these muscles to work better if we are in an anterior tip.
