Day 24-Swimming

I like to say that swimming is the antidote to our technology bodies of today. We spend so much time hunched over our devices, that we get short in the front (think head forward, slouching in your chair) and we get weak in the back. Swimming requires us to power up those posterior (back of body) muscles from the shoulders, to the back to the glutes to the hamstrings. So all the way down the body!!
