In these workouts, I wanted to challenge you by working in all 3 planes of motion. If you don't know what that means, don't worry. You definitely will by the end of this. We are going to hit the legs, arms and abs in this workout. Remember these workouts build on each other. You will be able to look back and see how far you have come in just 10 sessions.
