Lateral Flexion Over Foam Roller

Lateral flexion is bending to the side. This is a great way to release tightness in the thoracic spine ((or upper back). Sometimes we are limited in our movement in one direction, so we can come at it another direction. So if you have a hard time bending backwards and arching your back, this side bending is more gentle and produces great benefits.
