Getting Started 

We love to welcome new clients to the studio. We also know that taking that first step is hard! Don't worry, we are here to help you and are happy to guide you to the best class for you! It's one of our greatest pleasures to see someone begin a fitness program and feel successful. There are three ways to get started:

Private introduction

During our introductory sessions, we help you understand the Mind-Body connection, teach you the Basic Principals of Pilates, help you get comfortable with the reformer equipment, explain the many benefits of the workout and help you gain confidence in your abilities. We LOVE to teach people to use the reformers!  There is nothing else like them.  It does require learning a new skill - so it is great for both your brain and your body.

Discuss your personal goals with one of your certified instructors, learn how to exercise safely, and get acquainted with your studio before jumping into a group fitness class.

Reformer classes

If you have previous reformer experience, you are welcome to join our reformer classes without the introductory sessions. However, if it has been a while and you would like to brush up on the basic principals and form, we invite you to join an introductory option.
